Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

However, by submitting User Content, you automatically grant Prosper AI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and sublicense your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
• User Account. To access certain features, you may be required to register and create a user account. When you register, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete account information, (b) maintain and promptly update your information, (c) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account, whether or not authorized by you. You may not select an inappropriate username that violates this Agreement or impersonates someone else.
